Proposed fix:
Sales tax rate = f(remaining debt)
Unrealized Gains tax rate = f(UBI cost)
UBI Cost = f(Poverty Line)
Deficit spending → automatic rate increase
Self-correcting. No congressional override needed. Visible on every receipt.
@elonmusk changing incentives is what DOGE can't do without legislation.
