the thing I love about Pat Murphy the most is he's good at tearing you down. he's not afraid to say you suck or tell you it's not good enough. sometimes as a player, you need to hear those things. but he's even better at building you up. giving his players unwavering confidence in huge moments. his players fight for him and he fights for his players.
