IMPORTANT UPDATE: New boop team now has ownership of all old boop socials!

Chad#400 here. I want to update you on the recent developments surrounding BOOP over the past week. A lot has unfolded, and I hope is that this brings some clarity and allows us all to move forward together.
Here’s what you need to know:
1. The OG Boop team has agreed to hand over the BOOP social channels to the new team. Any past tensions have been resolved, and there is no longer any hostility between us. We’re also deeply grateful to the original team for their foundational work, they built BOOP from the ground up and hold a large share in creating the vibrant, cult-like community it is today. Although the original boop team will no longer be officially involved, they indicated they still want boop to succeed and fulfill its original mission. The conflict arose through a series of misunderstandings on both sides, but it’s water under the bridge now. I would like to take the opportunity to thank them for all their efforts and contributions through our 1,5 year history!
2. Regarding the 1.7% of BOOP tokens that were sold: these were not team funds, but rather the personal holdings of the original Boop team. I want to apologize for previously stating otherwise, I was misinformed. These tokens were sold via the deployer wallet, which led to confusion. I now understand that these were personal funds, which the OG team round tripped 3 times together with us, and only sold here at the bottom of the chart to minimise the impact on the community.
I ask the entire BOOP community to forgive and forget. Let’s close this chapter and focus on the future of BOOP with renewed energy and continue building Arbitrum’s meme.
