ज्ञानेश गुप्ता पर 3 बड़े खुलासे जो इन्हें अपराधी साबित करता है! 1. फॉर्म 6 में बदलाव का अधिकार चुनाव आयोग के पास नहीं है, फिर ये बात क्यों कही गई कि हमने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के कहने पर बदलाव किया, जिससे SC भी मुकर गया। ये बदलाव संसद से ही संभव है। 2. ज्ञानेश कुमार को संविधान से ऊपर बनाने के लिए 2023 के CEC एक्ट में अगस्त के मूल बिल जिसमें तीनों आयुक्तों को बराबर माना गया, मगर दिसंबर 2023 में जो संशोधित बिल आया उसमें ज्ञानेश गुप्ता को impunity दी गई और ये भी अधिकार मिला कि ज्ञानेश चाहेंगे तो बाकी दोनों चुनाव आयुक्त को हटाने के लिए रिकमेंड कर सकते हैं। 3. फॉर्म 7 में पहले से 6 ऑप्शन थे जिसके तहत नाम काटा जा सकता है, मगर एक अलग से ऑप्शन जोड़ा गया "Not found eligible at hearing" उसके आधार पर नाम काट दिया जाएगा! ऐसा ही एक खेल खेलकर बंगाल में 5 लाख 38 हज़ार 320 नाम auto generated सॉफ्टवेयर से बिना किसी कारण के हटा दिया गया। इसके अलावा ज्ञानेश कुमार बिहार में वोट चोरी जब करवा रहे थे तब हमने इनसे वोटर लिस्ट "readable format" में मांगा था जिसे प्राइवेसी का हवाला देकर मना कर दिया। अब वही ज्ञानेश पलट गये और readable फॉर्मेट में देने को राजी हो गये। बिहार, बंगाल को लूटने के बाद ज्ञानेश गुप्ता शोले के गब्बर जैसे नजर आते थे, मगर वही गब्बर अब किधर दुबके हुए है?
