The key takeaways from @ChuckGrassley and @SenJudiciaryGOP probe into the FBI/DOJ "January 6" prosecutions: -The Regime, with Jack Smith as its key hatchet man, used J6 as a pretext to investigate, intimidate, and crush their political opponents, in pursuit of a One-Party, Establishment Party, Ruling Class Regime -- despite the fact that at every turn they lacked the constitutional authority, the "predication," the evidence, that is, THE FACTS AND THE LAW, to make their cases -They sought to criminalize the entire conservative movement and Republican Party, mapping out and seeking financial records of the entirety that movement -- including individuals, organizations, officials -They hoovered up the phone records and communications of dozens of members of Congress, and dozens of members of the media -- including with their sources -They even collected checks cut by nearly 5,000 Americans alongside their personal and financial information -They sought to hide their efforts, and pursued them in cahoots with effectively complicit judges -The people pursuing these persecutorial efforts were, to a man, Trump Deranged, and took a polar opposite posture when it came to Hillary Clinton A total travesty -- a lawless, chilling one, for which NO ONE HAS PAID A PRICE.

Where are the orange jumpsuits? I want to see early dawn raids and the active and complicit criminals in orange jumpsuits. I want their families embarrassed and their friends alienated. That's what the Left has modeled. I want them broke and bankrupt from lawfare and endless litigation through multiple state courts and the federal courts. Sick the IRS on them. Full audits last three years. And "leak" their returns. Sick the EPA on them about land use and water rights and wetlands. Sick the intel agencies on them and dig up dirt (accuracy unimportant) and then "leak" it to the public. And there should be several claims of sexual harassment and sexual assault (gay, straight, whatever) by at least marginally sentient persons (reliability unimportant). They did this and do this unto all conservative others, so they must want it done back unto them, right?

What ticks me off is so many attorneys, both practicing and in academia, think Jack Smith's actions were totally fine, because "Orangemanbad". Under other circumstances, most would be outraged and many articles would have been written expressing how Smith's actions violated the Constitution. However, since it was against Trump, they cheered on Smith's team. They still do to this day.

It's important to connect the dots and realize the entire J6 event and the following witch hunt was created by the Democrats.

Thank you for the summary. "used J6 as a pretext" Now, if only the House would hire a forensic IT auditor to get those admittedly deleted committee files.

And no one will pay a price. The illegal spying by one party has escalated because no one paid a price for Russia Gate. (Well, one guy got a slap on the wrist). Because there were little to no repercussions, the pattern escalates. The next one will be worse.

I know we scream, “Term limits!” a lot, but Chuck Grassley, IMO, has earned the right to stay as long as he wants. He never wavers, and he’s a hard worker.

This is going to affect us for years to come. This was essentially the largest oppo research project in history. Smith did the job Democrats wanted him to do.

“NO ONE HAS PAID A PRICE” Anybody else besides me figuring out that Kash Patel, like Bondi, is inexplicably doing little besides running out the clock?

and nothing will be done about it because there is no republican party, they will just run out the clock and sweep this under the rug. I pray I am wrong.

Does this remind anyone else of what Lois Lerner and her @IRStaxpros did with Tea Party patriots? Maybe if her "penalty" had been a bit more severe than retirement with full pension.... @SpeakerJohnson @LeaderJohnThune @JudiciaryGOP @SenJudiciaryGOP @Jim_Jordan @todd

Because no one paid a price there is a 100% guarantee they will do it again but this time stronger and faster. Why wouldn’t they? It would be irrational of them not to.

Let's see, Republicans wait until a month before midterms to pretend to get serious. What a pathetic joke.

Well maybe the GOP while they are (were) in power could put limits on overzealous prosecutors…but you know rather than actually doing something that helps all Americans, they just complain about themselves being victims and do absolutely nothing.

You're with the press and you think the fake electors plot needs A LOT MORE coverage? Maybe the reason these ppl were investigated was because they were participating in that.

Spare us your rant about your opinions. There isn't a single Democrat that set out to crush republicans with the J6 or documents prosecutions. Are we to believe that today's DOJ doesn't use third party subpoenas, cell phone records and all the same techniques to prosecute? No.

The "party of law and order" has been waging an unrelenting attack on law enforcement. Republicans jumped the shark years ago
