The rot runs so deep in Canada
A October 7th glorification event is scheduled in Sudbury on Saturday October 10th from 12 - 2pm which features Hamas spokesperson Abu Obaida. “Honoring the Palestinian Uprising Of October 7th.” @SudburyPolice will be on hand to deliver coffee & doughnuts.

What a pathetic moral evasion, on today of all days. Today marks 3 years since Hamas terrorists murdered 1,200 people, 8 of them Canadian, in the deadliest massacre of Jews since the Holocaust. Fixed it for you.

Meaningless words from someone who has taken no meaningful action in the last 3 years. Complete failure to acknowledge that the hatred that led to October 7th is the same hatred that has been able to poison this city.
Today marks three years since Hamas’ horrific terror attacks that killed 1,200 Israelis. We remember those who were murdered, including eight Canadians, and again express our deepest condolences for their unimaginable loss. May their memories be a blessing Toronto is a global city and events around the world impact us deeply. More than ever, Torontonians must remain united against rising antisemitism, confront it wherever it appears, and reaffirm our collective right to live together in peace and safety.  As mayor, I will never waiver on my commitment to the safety of Jewish Torontonians. The Jewish community should not need police presence to go to a synagogue, or a community centre or simply to live proudly Jewish in our city. We will continue to invest in keeping communities safe and strong and will take action until every Torontonian can practice their faith without fear. We all must be dedicated to confronting antisemitism and hate in all its forms, and building a caring city where everyone belongs.

Don't know if it's true, but I know he'll keep campaigning like it's not. With the margin of error, my suspicion is the race is now tied. It's going to get interesting. #topoli toronto.citynews.ca/2026/10/…

I believe this is the third anniversary of the Hamas terror attacks on Israel which led to the war in Gaza. Headlines like this are one reason Postmedia pulled out of Canadian Press. A skewed vision, unreliable copy.

Please let this man become our next Mayor. Not just a supporter of the Jewish people.. but a supporter of all the people. Thank you for your support in helping fight antisemitism. You MUST become the next Mayor of Toronto. We want a peaceful and safe city for all and that’s why we need you. Thank you @BradMBradford .#Unifier
Early this morning, someone set Israeli flags on fire outside a church in North York. Police are investigating it as a hate-motivated offence. Thankfully, no one was hurt. This was not a protest. It was an act of intimidation, aimed at the Jewish community and it seems, Christian residents right here in Toronto and at a place of worship. Fire and hate, together, on a residential street before dawn. That's meant to frighten people, and everyone in this city should say plainly that it has no place here. I'm thinking today of Jewish families across Toronto who have spent 3 years watching this kind of thing move closer to their homes, their schools and their synagogues, and who are tired of being told it's being taken seriously while it keeps happening. I'm also thinking of the congregation at Faith International Christian Centre, who woke up to find their neighbourhood turned into a crime scene. I want to thank Toronto Fire for putting the flames out quickly, and Toronto Police for treating this as what it is. I urge anyone with information or video from the area around Sunrise Avenue and O'Connor Drive to contact police. A city that is not safe is not free. Hate directed at any community is a threat to every community, and the people responsible for this need to be found and charged.

This is My Mayor. Thank you @BradMBradford .
Three years ago, Hamas terrorists carried out the deadliest attack on the Jewish people since the Holocaust. More than 1,000 people were murdered. Children, parents and grandparents were dragged into Gaza as hostages. Families were torn apart in a single morning. Today I stand with Toronto's Jewish community in remembering every life lost, and the hostages and families whose suffering did not end that day. That hatred did not stay thousands of kilometres away. Here in Toronto, schools have been shot at, synagogues and Jewish businesses vandalized, families harassed in their own neighbourhoods. Too many Jewish residents have told me they no longer feel safe being visibly Jewish in the city they call home. Antisemitism is not the Jewish community's problem to confront alone. It demands leadership. There can be no excuses for celebrating terrorism on our streets, and no looking the other way when Jewish Torontonians are threatened. As mayor, hate will be met with consequences, not excuses. I have stood with this community at vigils and in synagogues. I have sat with families who buried their children and with families fighting to bring their loved ones home. They asked only that the world not forget. Remembering October 7 is about the kind of city we choose to be. I choose a Toronto where Jewish residents can live openly and proudly. A Toronto everyone can be safe in. May the memories of those murdered be a blessing, and may we build a Toronto where antisemitism has no home.

Chow leads by 4 in Toronto according to Forum Research. The tightest this race has been yet among all decided voters. Structurally, Bradford’s support is more likely to vote hence Chow’s attacks on him last night at the debate. I think he could actually be in the lead. Torontians are frustrated and sad about the state of the city they love and the Mayor’s positive washing and “nothing to see here folks” approach can feel out of touch. toronto.citynews.ca/2026/10/…

I think what topped it all off was when during rapid fire they were asked their favorite Toronto teams, and she said Raptors before clearly realizing she missed her chance to virtue signal and tried to walk it back
Olivia Chow is reading every single answer to every question. Bradford glances at notes, but Chow reads verbatim. She doesn’t think on her feet. This was her reading her answer to what would you do if plans don’t work out and the unexpected happens.

Just wondering, @MarkJCarney, what does this mean for your unilateral decision to recognize the state of Palestine, where you claimed one of the conditions was elections without Hamas' involvement?
Next time you see those fuckwit celebrities protesting for the release of the murderer Barghouti, point them to this. A coalition bloc including the monsters of Hamas and Iran’s proxy, Islamic Jihad.
