$TSLA 🚨South Korea’s Transport Ministry Turned Down Tesla’s Offers to Supply FSD Test Vehicles. Tesla Korea proposed, at least twice, to support a government safety review of Full Self-Driving and to provide test vehicles for that work. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport did not take up those offers. In November 2025, Tesla Korea proposed cooperation on a domestic safety verification and offered test vehicles for that purpose. In July 2026, before the launch of FSD V14 Lite, it again offered technical and safety materials and renewed the proposal for a government-level safety review backed by test vehicles. That outreach has not produced a joint review. The Korea Transportation Safety Authority has no record of directly testing, evaluating, or analyzing FSD. The transport ministry’s position is that it is not in separate consultations with Tesla Korea. Taken together, the record points to a rejection: Tesla Korea offered vehicles and materials for an official safety check, and the ministry did not accept or pursue that cooperation.
