INSIDER BUYING AT $ASTS I already have high conviction in $ASTS and their mission to “connect the unconnected”, and as a major disruptor in the wireless industry. Nice to see long time @AST_SpaceMobile director @cisnerosadriana Adriana Cisneros purchasing additional shares on the open market - adds to my confidence in my investment thesis. In this environment, seeing these signals decreases any “second guessing”. Insiders sell shares for many reasons, but they buy shares for one reason only! (stock is undervalued and going up)

How the market is not already pricing in this huge win (Japan’s JLEO $1B contract with @Rakuten ) for $ASTS , is crazy! Anyone in the market the last month can clearly see the market has NOT been efficient and rational. @AST_SpaceMobile and Rakuten were awarded the JLEO contract under the RAST JV. I guess the market is waiting for the PR’s and more details before pricing it in? $1B win! my guess is one day soon the market stops panicking about AI names and realizes it missed this, and re-rates ASTS! This is a big deal - it will unlock the ability to monetize this valuable asset, and users will have even faster speeds. 🚨ASTS shareholders getting news on a new $1B convertible offering after hours. 🚨 While unexpected, the reaction has been overblown imo. AH down ~ 12%, but the way $ASTS has structured this has been very clever. The convert has a great conversion price, a low coupon, and an added “capped call”, which puts the conversion price to $149 a share! Dilution is minimal at ~ 1.5%. For $ASTS investors, we want to get sats into space and start commercial service ASAP - this will help make that happen, and should allow @AbelAvellan to take advantage of opportunities e.g. JLEO. Crazy for $SPCX shareholders to short this stock $ASTS as a hedge - yeah it has worked short term, but the math isn’t mathing! Shorting a ~ $25B mc company that is in hyper growth mode to hedge a $2T mc company will not work out well imo. Anyone short AST should take the short gift and count your blessings 🙏🏻

$ASTS: 🚨🇯🇵 JAPAN'S REGULATOR MIC HAS FORMALLY APPROVED TECHNICAL CONDITIONS FOR MOBILE SATELLITE SERVICE OVER 700MHZ CELLULAR SPECTRUM PAVING THE WAY FOR RAKUTEN AND AST SPACEMOBILE COMMERCIAL SERVICE Rakuten and AST SpaceMobile seemed well positioned to win the J-LEO project, which would establish "FirstNet of Japan" emergency network. Japan’s MIC has taken a major step toward approving Rakuten Mobile and AST SpaceMobile’s direct-to-device service. On June 24, the Information and Communications Council formally approved the technical conditions for a 700 MHz non-geostationary satellite system connecting directly to ordinary mobile phones. This approval sets key regulatory and interference framework needed for AST to use Rakuten’s 700 MHz Band 28 spectrum in Japan, including protections for terrestrial TV, wireless microphones and other incumbent users. MIC is now expected to amend the relevant ministerial regulations, reportedly around September. ➡️Bottom line: Japan has not yet granted Rakuten/AST final commercial approval, but the most important technical-regulatory hurdle appears to have been cleared favorably—putting AST and Rakuten on a clear path toward launch of commercial service. 👉 Timing of this approval coupled with the formation of Rakuten/AST joint venture AND the June-end internal decision regarding the J-LEO project appears to be all related. ✅J-LEO applications closed May 29 ✅One provisional winner is due around the end of June ✅Mikitani disclosed the satellite-owning JV on June 23 ✅700 MHz technical conditions cleared on June 24 The three pieces solve three different J-LEO requirements: the JV provides Japanese ownership and operational control, Rakuten provides the licensed cellular spectrum, and AST provides the satellite technology and constellation.

Wow a new JV with Rakuten in Japan! Rakuten already has a sweet deal with $ASTS in Japan, so what is the added value here? Looks like this new structure will fit the bill to meet the JLEO requirements. That will be a huge win for ASTS * value in excess of $1B And this should happen in the next month or so. Just one of many upcoming catalysts. Know what you own.
