First The Indian Express made a Report accusing the CEC Gyanesh Kumar and thereafter on basis of this Report Congress Party and Cockroaches started Jumping and later the ECs came and Clarified their Positions. Now a plea has been Filed in Supreme Court and once the CEC Gyanesh Kumar gets a Clean Chit From Supreme Court his Position as CEC will become more Consolidated and more Powerful that too Embeded with Credibility, which means that in Future when Election Commision will take further more decisive Actions after SIR (Special Intensive Revision) Congress Party and Opposition Party will be in no position to Question the Election Commision because once Gyanesh Kumar gets a Clean Chit the Election Commision’s SIR also gets a immunity and on basis of SIR future decisions could made.
The Supreme Court refuses to pass any interim order to suspend the Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar over allegations that he took decisions unilaterally in the Election Commission of India, without consensus from the two other Election Commissioners.
A bench headed by CJI Surya Kant issued notice to the Election Commission of India seeking their response on the allegations made in the plea.
The Court indicated that if, after considering the ECIs response, it finds that certain decisions were taken by CEC without the required unanimity, it could reconsider or recall those decisions.
“After notice, if they come and show that ABC decisions were taken without unanimity, we will take those decisions back” it said.
