Pune Police filed a 5,053-page chargesheet detailing realtor Ketan Agarwal's alleged murder at Lohagad Fort.
Police have recorded statements of around 80 to 85 witnesses. Among them are three people who allegedly witnessed Siya and Chetan while the crime was being committed.
The plot involved a fake Instagram account, ChatGPT for planning, and watching crime films. Digital evidence, witness statements, and retrieved deleted chats are crucial.
The accused allegedly attempted murder earlier, tore Agarwal's passport, and surveyed locations for the "accidental" fall.
One of the key elements described in the chargesheet was a fake Instagram account named ‘Mahi’.
The account was created using a photograph of a woman known to the accused. Messages from the account were allegedly sent to Agarwal while posing as a friend of Siya Goyal.
The messages reportedly persuaded Agarwal to take Goyal to Lohagad on June 18 for what was presented as a surprise birthday plan. The account was allegedly deleted after the murder.
The chargesheet also reportedly records online searches related to an earlier death at Lohagad.
