when i eat normally and am not restricting i tend to eat enough fibre where i poop 3 times a day, but now im restricting i am getting constipated and oh my god how do you guys live with this i want to kay em ess at least BED gave me consistent bowel movements

the diet industry and the food industry profit from both extreme thinness and extreme obesity
they give you the problem (food industry) and then sell you the cure (diet industry)
