Democrats are policing their candidates really hard on this issue. ‘Say it! Say it’s a genocide! Say it!’ You can’t just change the definition of genocide to mean counterattack in a war where people, including civilians, die. That’s every war. There have been about 73,000 deaths in Gaza, about 3% of the population. Tragic. Not genocide. Not close. There were 3 million Jews in Poland before WW2. After? 45,000. That’s genocide. This explosion of antisemitism around the world that we see. This is where it’s coming from. This may come as a shock to some people, but I actually don’t really care that much about the Israeli government. I actually find it kind of funny how many people in this country care so much about Israel. It’s almost like they’ve convinced themselves if they say it’s totally about the government and not hating Jews enough times, people won’t figure out they 100% hate Jews. They’ll try to convince you it’s actually about America, because Israel controls us. Spoiler alert, they don’t. None of these people are America First, they’re Israel last, because Israel means “Jews” and they hate them more than they love their own country. If you’re an American and you’re fighting for Palestinian rights but can’t name the amendments in our own bill of rights, you’re not America first. If you spend more time focusing on Anti Zionism than Conservatism, you’re not America First. If you fight harder for the innocent children unintentionally killed in Gaza than the innocent children strangled to death by their mother in Massachusetts, or the kids being shot on the streets of Chicago every weekend, you’re not America First. The reason people think I defend the Israeli government is because whenever you see these assholes say “criticism of the Israeli government isn’t antisemitism”, I know they’re fucking lying. They’re not attacking a government, they’re attacking Jews, and that’s who I’m defending.

My family lived through the establishment of the state of Israel and what he calls the “Nakba.” The Holocaust was nothing like the events of the “Nakba” where my grandfather was told to flee by Arab leaders (not Jews) so the Arabs could “defeat the Jews.” He refused, and all the Arab residents who stayed were given citizenship. Those who fled, a large number by choice, were not permitted to return, as often happens in war. That is a catastrophe, a “nakba” of their own making. But there was no choice in the Holocaust, there was no citizenship for those who stayed. You are intentionally comparing a war and a genocide. They are not the same. Your vile attempt to co-opt the largest massacre of the Jewish people in history, the systematic murder of six million people simply because they were Jews, for your own dystopian pro-terror Muslim Brotherhood agenda is despicable. My friend’s soon-to-be son in law’s best friend was one of the hostages killed in Gaza. Eleven friends went to Nova and only seven survived.
