On my way home from #Ukraine and will say more soon. But let me just say, again, the Ukrainian people are crushing Russia and are amazing people. Trump has taken our boot off the neck of Russia just in time to let it breathe. The next president needs to commit to ending the war in Ukraine, by giving Ukraine everything they need to finish crushing the evil empire

If Ukraine were to fall: - An estimated additional five to ten million Ukrainians would flee to EU member states—potentially as many as one million to the Czech Republic alone. - Russia would force many experienced Ukrainian soldiers to fight under its flag. - Russia would gain access to a substantial portion of the Western military equipment that Ukraine possesses. - Russia would bring Ukraine’s vast industrial base under its control. This is precisely why European states must be supporting Ukraine’s defence with all their strength.

In 2020, Trump was leading in Wisconsin until a dump of ballots around 3:30am switch the lead to Biden. It's one of the most common cited pieces of "evidence" by election conspiracy-theorists. It's also the most analyzed and best understood and explained. 1. Wisconsin rules (which Republicans refuse to change) are the mail-in ballots cannot start being counted until after the start of election day. 2. Milwaukee County collects all the mail-in ballots to a single location and counts them, regardless of precinct/ward. 3. Because Milwaukee is urban, voters favor Democrats at roughly a 2:1 ratio. 4. Because Trump told supporters not to use mail-in ballots, such ballots favored Biden 2:1. 5. As a consequence, urban mail-in ballots favored Biden roughly 4:1 across the entire country, or 84% to 16% in Milwaukee. Hence, the reported late, in one big batch, that favored Biden. We can double-check our work by comparing 2020 election results with the prior 2016 election or subsequent 2024 election. There were roughly the same number of total votes and proportion of votes in all three elections. Thus, the reason for this abnormal pattern is that more "in person" votes became "mail-in votes" in 2020. You can go back and check the sources and find that we know precisely what happened, and know this isn't evidence of fraud. Indeed, it was predicted to happen before the election.
FACT: 2020 presidential election. An urban county, counted ballots and did not have results anomalous to previous elections. Grifters seized on the fact that these were ballot by mail to manipulate an aggrieved base. FACT: 2026 election. A human mistakenly added audit logs to a USB flash drive instead of the results. The error was disclosed immediately. Counties all over Wisconsin showed Crowley vastly over performing his polling numbers. Why do you fall for the grift John?

I'm a cardiologist. Erling Haaland just scored twice to knock Brazil out of the World Cup. And the fuel behind the freight train is the most fascinating nutrition story in sports — because it quietly rejects almost everything the "performance nutrition" industry sells. No protein powders. No shakes. No engineered supplements. Just real food — around 6,000 calories a day of it. Beef heart. Beef liver. Tomahawk steaks. Sea bass. Eggs on sourdough. Raw honey. And milk he drives to a Cheshire farm to buy fresh from grass-fed cows. He said it plainly in his documentary: "People say meat is unhealthy. Which meat? The one from McDonald's — or the local cow eating grass right over there?" That distinction is the whole thing. And as a cardiologist, it's the distinction I wish every patient understood. Here's the science under the eccentricity. Organ meats — heart and liver — are the most nutrient-dense foods on earth. Beef liver is arguably nature's original multivitamin: staggering levels of B12, folate, vitamin A, copper, and iron in a form your body absorbs far better than any pill. Beef heart is loaded with CoQ10 — the exact cellular-energy molecule I recommend to patients, the one statins deplete, the one that powers every heartbeat. Our ancestors prized these organs and ate the muscle meat second. We reversed it, then wondered why we needed supplements. His food philosophy, in his own words: "Eat real, with as few ingredients as possible." That is, essentially, the entire evidence base for cardiovascular nutrition compressed into six words. Now — the honest caveats, because I'm a physician, not a hype man. 6,000 calories works for Haaland because he's a 6'4" elite athlete burning through it across a 50-game season. For a sedentary adult, that's a fast track to metabolic disease. Copy the principle, not the portion. Raw milk carries genuine infection risk — the CDC and European food agencies warn against it, and I don't recommend it for most people. Grass-fed and pasteurized captures nearly all the benefit without the danger. And that much red meat isn't automatically optimal for everyone. Your ApoB, your Lp(a), your genetics, your metabolic health all determine how your body handles saturated fat. I've written about this — same diet, different DNA, different arteries. But strip away the extremes and Haaland is teaching a lesson worth learning: the "performance nutrition" aisle is largely a marketing invention. The most powerful fuel on earth isn't in a tub. It's food your great-grandmother would recognize. There's a detail I love most. Despite earning £525,000 a week, he still cooks his own food. And before big home games, he eats his father's homemade lasagne — the same father, a former Premier League player, whose legacy he told himself as a boy he'd surpass. The man he's trying to eclipse is still in the kitchen, feeding the monster he helped build. Talent gets you noticed. Discipline in what you put in your body — every single day, when no one's watching — is what turns a gifted kid into the machine that ran through Brazil. Most people will just watch the goals and say "he's built different." He is. Because he decided to build himself that way — one plate of real food at a time.

What exactly are you referring to when you say Tulsi "exposed Fauci and the deep state"? I've actually read the documents she declassified. If you've followed the congressional hearings, intelligence reviews, and Fauci testimony over the last several years, there is very little that's new in Tulsi's supposed "bombshell" release. What's interesting is that many people are now using these document releases to dismiss the recent WaPo reporting about Tulsi as a "hit piece" because she supposedly exposed some massive scandal. But what exactly did she expose? The COVID documents basically show: • Researchers believed all the necessary conditions for an accidental release of a lab-modified coronavirus existed at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. • Because of that, a lab-related origin was being seriously considered alongside the natural spillover theory. • U.S.-funded EcoHealth Alliance research involved collaboration with Wuhan researchers studying bat coronaviruses. THAT'S IT. Now, the government was definitely too quick to publicly dismiss the lab-leak hypothesis in 2020. The government also should NOT have been pressuring social media companies to suppress certain COVID-related content. That is exactly why so many people became convinced there was a massive conspiracy & that their government was lying to them. Never again. Importantly, though, these documents do NOT show that officials secretly knew COVID came from a lab. They do NOT show that scientists had proof of a lab leak and buried it. They do NOT show a coordinated coverup, despite the way the accompanying press release was written. The documents show scientists & intelligence analysts debating competing hypotheses in real time while dealing with incomplete information. Pretty normal stuff, actually. There is no smoking gun. No proof of engineering. No proof of a cover-up. No proof that COVID originated from a lab leak. The conclusion remains exactly where it's been for years: • A lab leak remains plausible. • Natural spillover remains plausible. • We still don't know. And six years later, we may never know. So if you think Tulsi revealed some earth-shattering new fact, tell me specifically what it was. What new information did you learn from these documents that wasn't already public? Because I've read them, and I'm not seeing it.

Sigh. Why won't anyone do research before posting? Responding to your six points. 1. Yes. It is legal. States have different laws. Still has to come from a registered voter, has to be returned in the return envelope assigned to that voter, there is no evidence of mass mail theft, and it has to have the voter's signature, which is checked (part of why it takes a long time). 2. California verifies identity through return envelope barcode and signature verification -- as is done for many financial and legal instruments. This is the same way it's done in Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, etc. 3. Unattended drop boxes. You do realize that every USPS box is an "unattended drop box," right? That's why it's nice that all Californians can track their mail ballots. And so too can the election officials. 4. Homeless regularly paid to vote. I'll settle for 5 proven examples in recent elections. Also, homeless are allowed to register and vote. 5. You're just pointing out that California is an "all mail" state and that almost everyone votes by mail as a result. Yes. And that's part of why it takes so long. California does voter list maintenance. Otherwise it would have a laundry list of lawsuits under the NVRA. And, for better or worse, you can't remove somebody from voter rolls just because he doesn't vote. So if you, e.g., move out of an apartment, but don't tell the registrar, and don't fill out change of address with USPS, then a mail ballot is still showing up to your address. And if the new resident simply throws it in the trash, then you're not taken off the voter rolls just because you didn't return a ballot. Now, if you're suggesting that states should share information with each other, such that they know when somebody registers in a different state, then I agree with you. That's why California should join ERIC. And it's why it's a shame that some states have left ERIC in recent years. That's bad for voter list maintenance. 6. This is just comparing apples to oranges. And you can easily Google the differences in the two systems. But first, as a factual predicate, you might want to be more careful. I'd suggest you start with this New York Times article: "Why Do Elections in India Take So Long?" nytimes.com/2024/04/17/world…
Im sorry but President Trump is absolutely correct. The way California conducts their elections is a legitimate, credible threat to democracy: 1. Ballot harvesting is LEGAL, meaning 3rd parties are allowed to deliver thousands of completed ballots themselves with ZERO supervision or timeline. 2. There is ZERO requirement to show ANY type of ID when one comes to vote. 3. There are thousands of UNATTENDED drop boxes for ballots. There are DOZENS of examples of them being lit on fire, stolen, or bombarded with fake ballots. 4. The homeless are regularly paid to vote. The are given illegitimate addresses and coached through the process. 5. About 13 million of the approximately 16 million votes cast in 2024 were cast using vote-by-mail ballots. However, mail-in ballots are sent to every registered voter, whether you request them or not. California almost never updates their voting rolls, so ballots are REGULARLY sent to people who no longer live in the state, wrong address, or different person. My building alone had half a dozen such cases. 6. India had 660 million voters last election and counted the vote in one day. California has about 16 million and counting takes at least 30 days. This is a national embarrassment.

It's not just me and a "few" others talking about the BambuStudio AGPL open source license violation anymore. It's now confirmed by analysis from @conservancy and Bradley Kuhn, the original author of the license clause being violated ⤵️
BambuStudio has been violating PrusaSlicer AGPL license since their fork, with the same networking binary black box in question today. Why are they willing to burn the goodwill over it? There's something most have sensed but never seen it all in one place, the five-law framework China built between 2017 and 2023 ⤵️ So maybe their hand is forced as their "network" is too valuable already? Each law on its own, interesting, okay... Read them together, and add any Chinese company with big reach to the mix you get the complete picture. 1) National Intelligence Law (2017) All organizations and citizens must "support, assist, and cooperate" with intelligence work. The same law makes it illegal to disclose that cooperation happened. Cooperation is mandatory, and silence about it is mandatory too. 2) Cryptography Law (2020) Commercial encryption must be state-approved and state-reviewed. When authorities request it, companies must provide decryption keys or plaintext. The state on both sides of that equation is the same one. 3) Data Security Law (2021) Article 2 gives the state extraterritorial reach over data that touches Chinese national security or public interests. So EU/US data hosting does nothing to make it safe, because jurisdiction follows the company, not the server location. 4) Counter-Espionage Law revision (2023) The general definition of espionage was expanded to cover "documents, data, materials, or items related to national security and interests." Industrial data is one of the intended targets since the revision. 5) Network Product Security Vulnerability regulation (2021) Any company or researcher that discovers a software vulnerability must report it to MIIT within 48 hours. From there it flows to CNNVD (China National Vulnerability Database of Information Security), operated by the 13th Bureau of the Ministry of State Security. Microsoft's threat intelligence team documented Chinese state-hacker zero-day usage rising after this took effect. Shows the willingness to use the “tools” China built. Together they describe a system with no neutral exits. Cooperation is required, encryption is real but the spare keys live at the ministry, jurisdiction follows the company across borders, industrial data is in scope, and discovered vulnerabilities flow to an intelligence agency 😬 3D printing became strategic for China in 2020 and joined the “Made in China 2025” plan soon after. Why does 3D printing matter so much? 1/x

Ukraine’s positions are stronger now than in previous years. Since the beginning of the year, 590 square kilometers of our territory have been liberated and brought under Ukrainian control. The trend is certainly not in the occupier’s favor. We continue to increase the rate at which Russian personnel are being eliminated, and together with sanctions in all their forms, this is forcing Russia toward diplomacy.

Today is Europe Day. And Ukraine is marking it not formally or through sloganeering, but fully aware that we are already an inseparable part of the European family. We are defending Ukraine, our independence, our future – and in doing so, we in Ukraine are defending our Europe. A Europe of which Ukraine has been and will remain a part. From the first days of the full-scale war until today, Europe has stood with Ukraine. And this is not charity – it is a choice made by Europeans: to stand on the same side as the brave and the strong – the Ukrainians who are fighting today for peace and true protection against tyranny, not only for themselves, but for the entire continent. And we will inevitably defend our state, our people, and our right to freely choose our future – a future in Europe. Glory to Ukraine!
