Give me your honest opinion, guys 👇
I’ve been getting a LOT of messages asking us to launch an NFT collection NFT on Robinhood can be a memecoin on Solana.
Right now I'm working on it..
🟢 Robinhood NFT Collection
As always, I’m working with
@para__kingdom and
@jaggedsoft on this one.
The plan is a 4,444 NFT collection, with:
• A very low mint price for
@PepeExplorers holders and Pepecat Legens holders
• A whitelist
• A public mint
But there’s one idea I’m still debating, and that’s why I’m writing this.
What’s one of the coolest parts of an NFT collection?
The reveal.
Discovering your NFT.
Seeing your traits.
Finding out if you got something rare.
And, most importantly, discovering the entire visual universe behind the collection.
I believe we’ve already shown through our projects that when we say we’re building something, we actually do it.
Our memecoins have been consistently supported by our own funds, our NFT collections involve real artistic work, and we’ve always tried to build things that give the community a reason to trust the team.
So here’s my idea:
What if absolutely NOTHING was revealed before the reveal?
You mint the NFT.
You see an OpenSea banner and an X account with just one message:
“TRUST US.”
That’s it.
No character.
No artwork.
No name.
No atmosphere.
No clues about the universe.
Then, 2 hours after the final mint, everything is revealed at once.
The characters.
The art style.
The atmosphere.
The name.
The entire universe.
Even the X banner, OpenSea page and NFTs would all be revealed simultaneously.
Imagine minting something for around "$2", having absolutely no idea what you’re getting, and then discovering the entire universe together with everyone else.
Wouldn’t that make the reveal MUCH more exciting?
The only thing you would know beforehand:
"It’s going to have a strong meme atmosphere, with a level of quality we haven’t done before with
@para__kingdom ."
I’m leaning strongly toward this concept.
But I want your opinion before making the final decision.
"Would you mint into a collection where the only thing you’re told is:
“TRUST US”? 👀"
