I was wrong, but literally ALL they did was give me a generic reply with a link to file a claim for the trip they denied a claim on despite canceling on us and are now trying to claw the chargeback away for. @AmericanAir, you are all the absolute worst.

Seriously, @AmericanAir didn't even actually read my reply - they sent a generic response and a link to file a claim. That's it. They didn't want to help at all.
