It is most wonderful to see progress on this issue.
The @gmcuk -is rightly- criticised for many things- especially around their recent drive to blur lines of qualified and non-qualified professionals
Yet- on this one?
I have had the pleasure of working with many dedicated folks within the GMC on this issue- working hard on tackling the inequity of referrals based on colour of their skin.
And this is good news.
Glad to see one of the MWRES targetted areas make progress.

Admin 101: If you tell faculty they are valuable, they start asking for stuff. Like raises and research support. Tell them they can be replaced tomorrow and they are lucky to have a job. They may hate you, but the requests for resources approaches 0.
