You must kill your god. If you are to advance, all fixed ideas must go. ~Joseph Campbell

"Man isn't a noble savage, he's an ignoble savage. He is irrational, brutal, weak, silly, unable to be objective about anything where his own interests are involved--that about sums it up. I'm interested in the brutal and violent nature of man because it's a true picture of him. And any attempt to create social institutions on a false view of the nature of man is probably doomed to failure." -Stanley Kubrick
"I don't think the robots are taking over. I think the men who play with toys have taken over. And if we don't take the toys out of their hands, we're fools." -Ray Bradbury

The contradictions are sharpening.
James Carville says he'd rather have Republicans keep control of the House than Democrats winning the chamber by 5 seats. "I would rather the Republicans keep the House by five than the Democrats win by five, because if that happens, they’re hostage to the DSA. Like, Hakeem cannot move. There’s no place for him to go."

October 8, 2026... "What if we could design materials with atomic-level precision? Today's nonlinear optical materials enable technologies like LiDAR and high-speed communications, but their performance is constrained by limited control over molecular sequence, orientation, and composition. Our Atomically Precise Molecules (APM) program aims to change that by developing programmable precision polymers that could unlock a new class of tailored materials with dramatically improved performance."

Our society is run by insane people for insane objectives. I think we're being run by maniacs for maniacal ends, and I think I'm liable to be put away as insane for expressing that. That's what's insane about it. -John Lennon

Ray Bradbury The Accidental Architect of your imagination
I highly recommend reading this book, if you want to read one of the more plausible theories for what ‘tartarian’ structures actually may be. In this fiction, expeditions went to Mars, encountered an advanced civilization, with stunning architecture, canals, integrated tech,

I think it's time to revisit this clip. Firstly, Kaczyinski wasn’t even identified & captured until 1995-96, and Professor John G Trump died in 1985…so there is no way this conversation could have taken place. Secondly, since he so clearly talks about Kaczynski at the same time he is discussing Ai, it seems purposeful. And if you read these excerpts from Ted's manifesto, you can see why, particularly regarding present circumstances.
Trump starts out by mentioning Ai, then launches into Kaczynski being a student of John Trump’s. Kaczynski did attend Harvard, but MIT and Harvard collaborated regularly. Harvard/MIT were also breeding grounds for MK-Ultra-type programs. Aside from that sordid history, the big takeaway I have from the dual mention of Ai, immediately followed by Kaczynski is this - excerpts directly from his manifesto, addressing the Ai and tech advancements -
