Big revelation that the world should know about the hijacking attempt of the FlyDubai plane.
The terrorist pilot, Mohammed Hamam Al-Hammami, was not planning merely to crash the Israel-bound FlyDubai flight and kill 180 people, the majority of whom were Jews.
His plan was bigger. He wanted to crash the plane into a high-rise skyscraper in Tel Aviv or the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and kill as many non-Muslims as possible.
According to intelligence sources, he was in contact with some radical elements in Iran, Pakistan, Syria, and Turkey.
He was a big fan of Osama bin Laden, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, and Pakistan-based UN-designated terrorist Maulana Masood Azhar.
He visited Pakistan in August and Turkey in May. He was also a supporter of New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani and London Mayor Sadiq Khan.
He was fired by Oman Air in 2024–2025 for regularly browsing extremist websites and expressing support for the Islamic State, jihad, and anti-non-Muslim sentiments during conversations with colleagues.

The former Dutch ambassador’s residence in Bangkok has been demolished.
The more than 100-year-old colonial-style building, known for its distinctive tower, once served as the home of Dr. Alphonse Poix, a French royal physician who served King Chulalongkorn.
The property later became a residence of Prince Boworadet before the Netherlands Embassy acquired it in 1949 and turned it into the ambassador’s residence.
The demolition follows the sale of the embassy’s former compound.

I too discovered this a couple of months back, as I was struggling with both writing for HUMANS and writing SPECS.
I first looked at both S1000D, ATA iSpec 2200, and ASD-STE100 and eventually settled on a two-pronged subset. Has been serving me well!

#MutationTesting creates too much noise. UI, adapters, generated code etc. typically produce mutants that don’t test real business behavior.
To let AI agents flip the question: not “how many mutants?” but “which decisions are important enough?”, we need *architectural knowledge*:

Israeli hero aboard nearly-hijacked FlyDubai flight FZ 1073: Yaniv Hayoun
Hayoun has no background in security. But when he realized there was an attempted hijacking, he knew he had to do something.
He ran to the cockpit and physically fought with the co-pilot, who had stabbed the pilot and was attempting to crash the plane. Hayoun put the co-pilot in a chokehold and dragged. him out of the cockpit. Others came over to help restrain him.
Hayoun then went back into the cockpit and pulled back on the yoke to pull the plane out of its nosedive. The plane had dropped 17,000+ feet in under two minutes.
An off-duty pilot then entered the cockpit and took over the controls, and Haroun went back out to help guard the co-pilot.
