23-year-old Nathaly Ramirez was killed and her 8-month-old daughter was critically injured when the pair was pushed from a 15-floor balcony at a Bronx apartment building Tuesday.
It happened at 2550 Olinville Ave. in Allerton at 3:38 a.m.
βI heard her yelling and screaming, βPlease donβt do this, thatβs my baby! My baby is scared, look at her face,'β a woman told ABC 7 New York. βThatβs when, the next thing you know, I heard her scream and I see something hit the ground.β
Investigators βdetermined that both individuals had been pushed from a balcony,β the NYPD reported. Witnesses told cops she and the baby had been shoved off.
Cops are looking to question a boyfriend she recently split up with but have not labeled him a suspect. Ramirezβs death has been deemed a homicide by the NYPD but no arrests have been made.
