This week also marks the first ever Encrypted purge since the launch of our server. As a result, 8 members who initially earned the Encrypted role through strong contributions but failed to maintain their effort over time will lose their role at the end of this month. However, we do not ignore the contributions they made earlier. If any of these members have valid reasons, their purge status may be suspended upon review. Of course, I also noticed a few individuals spreading baseless FUD despite losing their roles due to their own mistakes. These kinds of actions are honestly pitiful, and I will not waste any time engaging with or acknowledging them. I want to add something from my own perspective as well. Although I hold a CM role in Fluton, I am also an active member in many other projects. Just last week, I lost an important role in a major project through a purge because I was not as active as before. Instead of trying to discredit them, I fully accept that it was my own responsibility and I act accordingly. That is what maturity and integrity look like. You might think spreading baseless claims gives you short-term ego satisfaction, but in reality, it becomes a stain that follows you throughout your journey in this space. We will continue to prioritize people who act with accountability, consistency, and real contribution to the ecosystem.
