I am voting YES to officially seat the four candidates democratically elected to the 2026 Constitutional Committee.
Ratifying this action honors the independent election results and respects the decentralized will of DRep voters. Most importantly, it is critical that we pass this action to replace the expiring seats, ensuring Cardano's governance continues to function smoothly and maintains the required minimum committee size for the next 146 epochs.

SPOs: since the Plomin hard fork, not voting on a governance action counts as a No, not as absent. Delegating your reward account to the Abstain DRep makes it an Abstain instead. Hard forks are the exception, a missing vote is always No.
