Personal update: today is my last day working at the monad foundation
I’ve decided to leave to pursue my dream of being a founder and building a crypto app.
Massive thank you to the founders @_jhunsaker, @keoneHD, @0x_eunice - monad is in great hands with your leadership and innovation. Monad is the frontier L1, and what is obvious to me will soon become obvious to the rest of the market. 👀
Huge thank you to the OGs (@intern, @internbrah, @JohnWRichKid) and all the foundation + labs homies I have made along the way.
And nothing but love for the monad community - you guys are everything to me.
This is the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.

Just learned a friend has been buying $200 worth of memecoins a week since 2022, ~$40k to date. He cut $800 monthly expense to do this by cooking, biking to work, reducing frivolous spend, etc. His stack is now $14. He hasn't sold yet and intends to keep going. Respect.

If you’re in AI, pivot to crypto
Jacob is correct here—we really do earnestly believe AI could kill all humans! I personally think it is >10% within the next decade. I believe Anthropic is trying its best, but we do not yet have a plan to solve alignment for superintelligence and are not clearly on track to.
