This starts with teachers, actually admin bringing in the tools for highly motivated teachers to create an AI first classroom experience for students.
Requires base teacher salary to improve & avenue to exit old guard thinking...no tenure (I said it). Students deserve the future.
I believe we'll replace old school buildings with smart, dynamic learning engines powered by AI and XR that are gamified and personal, at a near-zero cost.
Our students deserve better.

Would love to hear the counterpoint to this as I agree keeping in mind the framing of "long term". There will undoubtedly be short-term pain but allowing parents to choose where their kids get educated will be a forcing function to improved schools and teachers as a whole.
I struggle to think of an idea with more long term upside than school choice, vouchers and charter schools.
