Automotive News reports Sunderland production is now at full capacity after technical delays. There were fewer than 2,000 European (UK included) registrations of the third-generation Leaf in August due to a "very technical issue". Tochigi plant is building cars for the US and Japanese markets and has made 27,000 vehicles. Sunderland - just 3,260. Clearly, some local issues. Sunderland production is expected to ramp up now.
