🛑 Video of the Week: Karen Gets KO'd at Meriden Courthouse 🛑 ICE agents walked into Meriden Superior Court in Connecticut on Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2026 and detained an illegal alien on a Warrant of Removal/Deportation after a final order from an immigration judge. Judicial Marshal Services confirmed they received that warrant before the arrest. Rabid Responders swarmed the exit, screaming Trust Act and mask bans while federal officers tried to leave with their target. Connecticut’s courthouse rules (HB 8004) say agents need a judicial warrant inside state courts and generally can’t wear face coverings on the grounds, and the Justice Department has already sued the state arguing those limits are unconstitutional. Karen still decided to play hockey check with police. Madeline Gallagher, a Meriden-area rapid-response volunteer, crowded the path and got shoved back by courthouse security. She went straight on her back, night-night, and left by ambulance. Another activist, Nancy Burton, says an agent pepper-sprayed her on the way out. Deportation Data Project figures show about 32 on-the-ground ICE arrests in Meriden alone through early August 2026, with roughly 455 at-large arrests statewide this year after 764 in 2025 and 205 in 2024. Under the Immigration and Nationality Act, a final removal order means the illegal alien is already ordered out. Blocking the officers only delays the van. I hope Karen had sweet dreams of ICE deporting all of her lawn-care and renovation labor.

Instead of discussing gas prices and other issues to hurt Trump, they fell right into his trap. Trump also picked the perfect target for his news cycle hijacking operation: the media. Americans' trust in the media hit a record low of just 28% in 2025, according to Gallup. It's not just Trump supporters who have lost faith in the media either. Republicans, Independents, and Democrats all have historically low trust in the institution. "Very sophisticated" may even be an understatement from Axelrod. Trump is a genius.
