good morning 馃
random thoughts after my first F1 race irl:
- never seen this much passion and love for a sport, from fans/teams/racers
- you can go from the top to nothing very fast in this sport and in life as well - stay humble, stay grateful
- family values, family memories. so nice to see entire families there together, clearly a tradition passed down for years. wanna do the same with my future fam 馃應
- paddock club and the premium experiences aren't just for pics, they're genuinely for networking 馃挴 the level of ppl I met there was insane, and almost all of them were humble and down to earth
- organizing an event with 250k+ people is unbelievably hard (Malaysia failed a bit here in my opinion)
- you don't need to know anything about racing to just go and enjoy it
- top drivers are never satisfied with their results. "treat performance as incomplete data that can always be refined " + they have zero ego, just obsessed with margins. the mindset I'm taking with me: reset, don't react. no frustration over mistakes
- F1 isn't just selling racing anymore, it's selling culture. fashion brands, beauty, luxury, everyone wants in. the influence is massive!
huge inspiration. taking the mentality of world champions with me from this one:)
ok, which team are you?
