A 10-year agreement gave Sheikh Mansourās Abu Dhabi United Group a āright of first refusalā on council-owned land being sold across large parts of east Manchester, effectively giving them first opportunity to secure potential developments.
The arrangement has raised fresh questions over the close relationship between Manchester authorities and Sheikh Mansourās Abu Dhabi interests.

Clattenburg says āno intentā. Almost knock someone out but itās all fine. The game has never been in such as mess with laws and their application as it is these days.

@GWRHelp itās the first week of college and many kids are using trains for the first time. My lad is now walking an hour home because the guard on the train he went to get on was shouting that it did t stop where he wanted to get off. No reason given. No help or alternatives
