Here’s the email I sent to the team today about why we’re bringing people back together in the office and how we’re rolling it out across locations. We’ve always done our best work side by side, learning, building, and tackling hard problems as a team. We’re moving back to a full office work week while keeping what’s core to Wix: real flexibility for real life, based on trust, clarity, and people’s needs. We’re in a moment where our industry is being reshaped by AI. We need to move fast, continue our growth and the best way is to do this together.
