For the past several months, @Airwallex has been the subject of false allegations originating with a board member of a direct competitor that include wild conspiracy theories about me. Today I am responding directly with facts and an independent security assessment that speaks for itself. I also want to use this moment to introduce Airwallex properly. We are a decade into building financial infrastructure that gives American businesses the ability to compete and win globally. That work continues. I was born in China. I arrived in Melbourne at fifteen with little English and no safety net. Australia gave me the education, the opportunity, and the freedom to build something. The United States represents that same promise, perhaps more powerfully than anywhere else on earth. We plan to keep building here. airwallex.com/global/blog/se…

Well everything I learned about values - and that led to how I think about our values at Culture Amp and how I think about them personally, I learnt from Greta Bradman.

🧫 @CultureAmp is an X-Ray machine for your company culture. I don't know how anyone running a 20+ person company could make people decisions without it.

In honour of graduating high school 25 years ago, I created a playlist of songs from that era in Australia (92-97). Scoured tripleJ hottest 100s, charts, old tapes & CDs. Let me know what you liked or what I missed! open.spotify.com/playlist/3F…

Can’t wait to see what you do next @toolmantim.
After 8 huge years, today is my last day at @buildkite! I’ll be taking a few months off to recharge, spend time with my family, support @canarycarla’s business, and explore something new.

Some goals are what I call Big Threes. To get them done, they need to be a top-three priority for three years. Moving to cloud. Going to SaaS. Launching your second product. Recognize that they exist. Remember how hard they are. Don't sign up for too many.

Awesome to see @collinmathilde !!
On Tuesday we announced our series D. I don’t love playing the gender card, but I think it’s important to say something about it given everything else going on (1/3)

Remember when this dude said he had joined Mobile Infantry to pay for Harvard because "it cost an arm and a leg" & then the last we saw of him was literally getting torn limb from limb by bugs? How did contemporary critics misread Starship Troopers so badly?

Struggling to figure out how to make good decisions as a leader in this world? @Gretabradman has written a great overview on how to think about the role of values in navigating them: linkedin.com/posts/wellbeing…

One of our great Campers just said shard this after an AMA "In any podcast or video or meeting where I've heard you say, "My wife..." I've learned it's going to be really good!" That is the truth - when I am sharing wisdom from @Gretabradman you are getting the best of my ideas!

Shard'ing something is probably a little too technical ... shard meant to be shared :)
