I do wonder if this discourse is truly all just online and in people’s imagination, or if it’s simply a US thing, but as a UK millennial, I just went through my phone contacts and of approx 90 millennials only 4 weren’t married with kids.
A situationship is when a man isn’t attracted to you but wants to keep you around for sex. Most young women don’t understand this, but many men will happily have sex with you even if they’re not that *physically* attracted to you. It isn’t that the guy has a problem with commitment. He would commit to a woman he was deeply attracted to. It’s that he’s not that into you, but the sex is “good enough.”
If you keep getting into situationships, you are dating guys who don’t actually like you. You don’t have to do this.
