Not even many Bitcoiners truly understand what it means when $STRC trades at par ($100). #Bitcoin #MSTR

Bitcoin Red Team Update: We have been working around the clock, with ~$20,000 of spend up to this point across different services. Funding is secured, I appreciate all the gestures for donations but it is not necessary. The bill is taken care of. We have done over a dozen disclosures up to this point, with 150 repos scanned. The hardest part is coordinating to get things to the right people (thank you @danielabrozzoni for the help) I have a first pass on a bitcoin red team agent harness which only requires an @opencode zen api key, makes it easy for us to use K3 for the actual heavy lifting and then GPT Sol + Fable/Opus + GLM5.2 for supporting documentation. While it is powerful, having found critical issues, I would view this as only version one. There is a lot of iteration I'm looking forward to improving on. Our goal is to open source the harness so it can be pointed at internal repositories for insights so the hardening of defenses can go deeper than the code which is made public. We also have been connected with OpenAi for some help so I could manage getting the @OpenAI Cyber Harness running as well (thank you @lylepratt ). Its a much more expensive scan, but well worth it for load bearing portions of the bitcoin ecosystem and has already yielded good results. Goals for tomorrow are scale in processes and systems so we can do a better job and automating full end to end functionality to get humans out of the loop for the heavy lifting. The first mile (requests/staging) and last mile (handoff of reports) are the choke points right now. Thank you @stutxo @callebtc @benthecarman @thesimplekid and so may more.

I've briefly worked in aviation, and the industry is fiercely competitive. Boeing and Airbus fight tooth and nail for every contract, both backed in various ways by governments, Embraer and Bombardier are also bitter rivals. But when an aircraft goes down, the priority changes. Manufacturers, regulators, and technical experts contribute to figuring out what failed and preventing it from happening again. The NTSB steps in and leads civil aviation accident investigations, and the FAA turns lessons learned into safety actions That culture exists because aviation understands one important thing: you can compete ruthlessly on products without competing on whether the underlying system is safe. A catastrophic failure at your rival is not really a victory when it undermines confidence in the thing you both depend on. Bitcoin hardware manufacturers should think similarly: investigate first and dunk later.

Nah. Würdest du ernst meinen was du sagt, wäre das ja logisch vollkommen inkonsequent. 🙃

$MSTR is still 40% away from its lows against $IBIT.

Strategy has stopped the STRC ATM program. For now. This is fine, they have more than enough leverage. They really need to do .. absolutely nothing now. It's a clean leveraged play on BTC. And BTC is at power law lows.

Doesn’t look that healthy.
If you denominate US GDP in gold instead of dollars, the chart is wild.

Saylor was asked how to measure whether a deal is accretive. His answer is to calculate satoshis per share, net basis, attributable to common shareholders, after subtracting the liabilities. That calculation has had a name since January and cebetracker.io publishes it weekly In the same conversation 'for you to understand whether the company's accreting or diluting, you have to understand all of the tangible assets, the cash, all of the liabilities.' All of the liabilities, net of cash. That is the entire CEBE methodology in one sentence He also pushed back on netting preferred, calling it mezzanine capital rather than a balance sheet liability. Fair framing from the issuer's seat. From the common shareholder's seat, the liquidation preference stands ahead of you in every outcome that matters, whatever the balance sheet calls it. CEBE is measured from the common seat. Both views are correct. They answer different question Another interesting line surfaced, 'there's still a lot of room for debate about what is the right way to value a hybrid credit instrument like STRC.' Agreed. More on that soon

Bitcoin in Eigenverwahrung.

MSTR will capitulate if they have no more Bitcoin left to sell for the preferred dividends. That being said, I think it will take a very long time until that happens — if it happens at all.😉 $MSTR $STRC

0.1 $MSTR currently costs ~$16.40 STRK at $74 → net cost after MSTR exposure: 74 – 16.40 = $57.60 For that you get $8 annual dividend → ~13.9% yield STRD offers ~13.3% effective yield but is significantly riskier (non-cumulative + junior in the capital stack).🧐 bitcoin:native $MSTR

Credit Rating 🆙
By repurchasing and canceling $1.5 billion, the firm immediately reduces its total outstanding debt. This lowers future repayment obligations and improves the company's leverage ratios, which will be viewed favorably by credit rating agencies.
