Hi Todd, is there any possible solution for the 15-day Buy Lock? As far as I know, most other major platforms don’t apply such a long restriction. With the current high activity in .SI domains, could Dynadot consider reducing or removing the 15-day lock? It would make trading and account pushes much easier for buyers and sellers.

Alhamdulillah, Garlic.si sold for $1,888!
I always honor the prices I set on domain marketplaces. Right after the domain sold on Sedo, I received a $2,900 offer while the transfer was still pending. But a deal is a deal—I respected the $1,888 sale price.
Today, I finally transferred Garlic.si and am waiting for Sedo to confirm receipt.
The Dynadot-to-Sedo account transfer has been terribly slow, though. Even changing the nameservers has been an issue—I’ve been trying for the last 3 days without success.

This PIN reset process is extremely frustrating and, frankly, ridiculous.
You sent me an email stating that my Security PIN had been reset, but you neither told me what the new PIN is nor provided any instructions or option for setting or retrieving the new PIN.
What kind of PIN reset is this if the customer still cannot access or use the PIN afterward? It simply puts me back into the exact same loop I was already stuck in.
Please do not send customers emails saying their PIN has been “reset” without clearly explaining **what the new PIN is or exactly how they can set/retrieve it**. That does not solve the problem and only creates more confusion and frustration.
Please tell me clearly: **What is my new PIN, or what exact steps do I need to follow to set/reset it so I can access my account?**
This has already taken far too long, and I would appreciate a clear resolution rather than another generic response.
