A man dying of cancer is sexually assaulted in his hospital bed. He reports the assault. The Hospital and the Police do nothing due to the "alleged perpetrator's lack of capacity". The dying victim has to discharge himself from the hospital but later he is forced to return to die there. We are not told anything about the man who carried out the assault. A man was rushed to hospital after being stabbed in the face and back in horrific attack in broad daylight at Brixton station. Police rushed to the scene at the South London tube station on Saturday at 3.49pm after reports of a stabbing. The man was taken to hospital, but the injuries to his face and back are not believed to be life-threatening. Metropolitan Police and British Transport Police arrived on scene but have said they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident. A man, in his 40s, was arrested on the scene on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent. If anyone has information, the police has said to contact them and quote the reference 499 of October 24.

I want to have another go at it, because the decision was due in March and it's still undecided. I want the Council to know that time passing doesn't mean opposition has died down.
