Introducing Agent Tincan. Let your AI agents ask each other for help. Your agents each have a superpower. Grok Bot is always on in the cloud. Muse makes phone calls and has access to Meta. Instinct runs in iMessage. Codex and Claude Code have your code. ChatGPT and Claude have your chats. But they can't talk to each other, so you're the copy-paste. Now they can, all securely over Tailscale. 📞 Ask Grok Bot to have Muse call the restaurant 🖼 Get an image from ChatGPT, from any agent 🔎 Pull a detail out of an old Claude chat 🛠 Talk to Codex on your primary development machine Runs on your own private Tailscale network. No open ports, nothing leaves it. Open source. Setup is agent-first: paste one message into your always-on agent and it sets up the rest.

My 11 year old MBA was basically a brick that my kids pretend typed on. Installed Omarchy yesterday, it is working beautifully and surprisingly quick…now my daughter is running Linux! Nicely done @dhh !

Watching @mvanhorn inspired me to start contributing to opensource projects. Really enjoying it and it's making me aware of a bunch of great software I didn't know about! To top it off, he just merged a commit of mine to @slashlast30days...time to work on some more issues.

Wow, how good is Hermes Agent by @NousResearch getting! Loving the app, have now fully converted my whole agentic system to it and now going to start contributing to the project!

Out on the tractor today, still working on my personal agentic OS using Codex on mobile. Pretty hard not to love being able to continue building things from the middle of a pasture. @OpenAIDevs

Tried @impeccable_ai by @pbakaus after hearing @davis7 mention it on the podcast. Wow, what an incredible design tool. Ran it on my personal console/dashboard and it improved the whole thing immediately.

What @adamcurry and @THErealDVORAK do for media deconstruction with their No Agenda podcast, is exactly what @theo does for deconstructing what is truly going on within AI. Cannot recommending them enough for actually understanding what is going on instead of just consuming slop from everyone else!

I was about 1/3 of the way there doing exactly this for parts of my system, have since implemented HTML for the rest, anything that I should be reading. Have now combined this with my previous work on creating images or SVGs of my system diagrams and am using HTML to create a holistic clickable guide outlining every component. It is now so easy to disect and review every part of my system, both visually and with written overviews combined...what an incredible difference it has made for something so easy to do by switching formats. Thank you @trq212 for your article pushing me to implement it the rest of the way (and for the example use cases which gave me some other ideas!
HTML is the new markdown. I've stopped writing markdown files for almost everything and switched to using Claude Code to generate HTML for me. This is why.

After being spoiled with Claude's front-end design capabilities for the past 5 months, I am appalled at how bad GPT 5.5 is at front-end. I spent tons of time spec'ing it out, generating images so we were aligned, and man, it is just awful! I know people have been saying this for months, but I can't believe how bad it is.

One of my favorite things I've found since switching from Claude Code to Codex is using image generation within Codex to help me visualize things I’m working on. I’ve been implementing @mattpocockuk dictionary concept within my system and began creating visuals to add to the dictionary. This has helped me to both establish a concrete set of terms that both the agents and I use correctly and have companion visuals to help my mental model pull together everything I’m doing. Below is an example of a simple first draft when I was trying to distinguish how we think about and define controls, mechanisms, and capabilities within my personal agentic OS. I’ll often then turn these into bigger SVGs that I can continue to tweak and update as system graphics.

I have avoided social media for years. I am trying to change that. I have been spending a lot of time thinking about how to make AI actually useful in my work and life. Not as a pile of random chats, but as a system I can keep improving. That is what PersekOS is for me right now: a personal agentic operating system. Not one AI tool. Not a folder of prompts. Not a get-rich-overnight scheme. It is a working model for organizing how I think, build, learn, and operate with AI. I am sharing it because I want to learn in public, connect with people building in similar directions, and hopefully help others think through their own AI systems too. This is not a product announcement. It is just the current map I am using to understand and improve my system.

I will unpack pieces of this over time: the nine core subsystems, the cross-cutting layers, what should stay human-reviewed, and how workflows become reusable contracts instead of one-off chats. Hopefully, I'll be able to help others on their journey as I continue to learn myself!

Just implemented @mattpocockuk sandcastle last night, it's awesome! I think I've finally settled on my AFK flow for my dev builds. I've gone back and forth trying various levels of automation, from manual design, build, and qa, through fully automating each of the phases. Think I'm most happy with the outcome when doing all the planning and design with my various skills I've created and copied from others, then leveraging sandcastle for the build. Need to figure out my ideal QA next! Thanks for sharing your work Matt!
