Clinical question: 50 y/o woman with well controlled, now asymptomatic, non-ischemic cardiomyopathy inquiring about safety of HRT for menopausal symptoms. Is it safe? Most data seems to be focused on ASCVD/thrombosis risk but not CHF risk.
