🔴 La Fiscalía Provincial de Holguín pidió penas de 8 y 10 años de prisión para Ernesto Ricardo Medina y Kamil Zayas Pérez, creadores del proyecto audiovisual independiente El4tico. Ambos permanecen detenidos desde el 6 de febrero de 2026 y el tribunal ya dispuso la apertura del juicio oral.
⭕ En sus conclusiones provisionales, la Fiscalía imputó a ambos jóvenes por presunta propaganda contra el orden constitucional, difamación de las instituciones, organizaciones, héroes y mártires, e instigación a delinquir. Los cargos están relacionados con los contenidos difundidos por El4tico en redes sociales, donde cuestionaban al Gobierno y a instituciones como el Partido Comunista y la Policía.
⭕ La madre de Medina denunció que los jóvenes están siendo procesados por expresar sus opiniones y promover el pensamiento crítico, y rechazó que sus contenidos incitaran a la violencia. Aseguró además que durante los registros las autoridades solo ocuparon equipos tecnológicos utilizados para producir El4tico y cuestionó las garantías del proceso judicial.
