I'm sorry but no. I understand that she has been through a lot but "I am owed an apology because the state failed to end a human life to my satisfaction" is a ghoulsih thing to say in pretty much any circumstance.

can i say something really controversial? i don't think the philosophical concept of "deserving to die" belongs anywhere near the legal doctrinal debate about the death penalty. and i actually don't really know what it means for someone to "deserve to die."
