@ATT tried to upgrade phone for 3 days for offer that was in my account as you can see in this screen shot. Twice my order was cancelled b/c you require an ID which twice was rejected for NO reason. On with CS for 3 hrs, they tell me there was never a deal available at this price

They had some vague language in their that allowed them to actually say the foundation of these houses had been ruined for some other reason... horrible. So many people got screwed.
