Look guys, I think there’s a deep misunderstanding of what stonk’s main token: it’s Zcat, and it’s not even close. It’s not Stonk. No one gives a shit about launchpads, it’s just their ability to produce runners, and the ceiling they set. The whole stonk run - both the token itself and the rest of the eco - started there and will end there if they keep vamping themselves with endless copycats, same exact tickers in top 10 even, instead of backing their unique runners directly. If the players don’t understand this dynamic and go back to farming bundled unoriginal 2 milli toppers, it’s over. Long Eco in that sense is vastly superior, and it shows in the raw numbers, in larger mcap, deeper liquidity pools and established pairs. That’s their main ability: creating moats around winning teams. Anti vamp measures, ticker protection, in house support. Sacrificing volume and in house revenue short term for a more sustainable long term model. After an explosive runup, Pons was starting to retrace HARD until Orbi went for a 100 milli run, and they recognized that and BACKED it. Gave their star players like Orbi itself and Index their own pairs and benefits. And it’s now 50% off the lows since and running. More of that. More support, incentives, fostering in house talent. Base memestonk model will live and die by Vcat. I still stand by that too. In the ability to create a massive runner for their best pair/app/protocol on the market, VVV. And creating a moat around it, in fostering their growth. Again, no one gives a fuck about launchpads. Main runners up immensely is the only way out.

People who drank more coffee had less body fat, less visceral fat, and more lean mass than less-frequent or non-drinkers. The biggest benefit was seen at 5 or more cups per day. And for men, every extra cup per day was associated with a ~10 ng/dL higher total testosterone. Higher coffee intake was also associated with better glucose and insulin regulation in men. This was an observational study, but mechanistic and experimental evidence actually supports coffee's benefits on metabolic and hormonal health. I'm willing to believe there's a real link here rather than draw a conclusion such as "coffee drinkers live healthier lives in general."
