What have Democrats regulated that became better for the people/country once they got done regulating?
Consider: 3 of the most outspoken politicians predicting the world’s end from AI are the elderly Maxine Waters, Bernie Sanders & Liz Warren. I’d be shocked if Ms. Waters knew how to turn on a computer.

It does so by furthering the regulatory arbitrage that already favors hospital systems.

Hospital care already accounts for the largest share of healthcare spending. This bill hands those institutions another regulatory advantage while narrowing physicians’ options to finance and grow their own practices.
