PrismaX, Spent some time going through teleoperation episodes in the PrismaX review flow, not writing about it, actually doing it. What struck me wasn’t the robots. It was how much judgment goes into something that looks purely mechanical from the outside. An episode can look “fine” on a quick pass. The task gets done, nothing obviously breaks. But sit with it a bit longer and you start noticing things a casual viewer never would. A pause that wasn’t really a pause, it was hesitation. A grasp that worked but wasn’t repeatable. A moment where the camera angle made the action technically visible but practically useless for anyone trying to learn from it. None of that shows up in a summary stat. It only shows up when a human actually watches the whole thing. That’s the part of @PrismaXai’s pipeline that doesn’t get talked about enough. Reviewers, senior validators, the expert team, they’re not rubber-stamping completed tasks. They’re deciding, episode by episode, what’s actually worth teaching a model. Makes me think the bottleneck in Physical AI isn’t robots or data volume. It’s attention. Discord: discord.gg/prismaxai X: @PrismaXai Website: app.prismax.ai

Attention is the real bottleneck, and it doesn't scale with headcount.
