30 year loans are hitting 7.5% interest rates and homes are selling at all times high. Real estate about to be frozen 🥶
Lenders are calling people who had their home longer than 10 years so they can convince them to get a HELOC at 8%-9%-11% rates
For house flippers hard money interest rates are about to get more expensive.
Flippers about to sell courses $10K each and tell people that it’s easier to flip a house today than 5 years ago. They always seem to find a way to hook people.
For Real estate agents will be harder because it was easy money and now they have to find actual work to make money or something or start selling courses about how to sell 100 houses per month. The courses are $5K
Everything is possible.
Regardless of what people do there is always uber or Lyft or Amazon to get that supplemental income. It’s honest work and I respect the grind and hustle.
One thing is for sure
Properties will trade slower than what we’re used to. Very slow.
