This is legitimately disgraceful. The young man wasn’t asking for a lecture on US foreign policy. He was asking a question of basic morality. Huge swing and miss by El-Sayed.
Abdul can’t even condemn the IRGC, a group that murdered an estimated 40,000 Iranian civilians in the last year alone.
Abdul can’t condemn Hamas, the IRGC, the Houthis, or the enemies of America.

The White Sox send our condolences to the family, friends and fans of Don Cooper, who has passed away at 70.
Don Cooper spent 33 seasons as a coach in the White Sox organization from 1988-2020, including 18 full seasons as the major-league pitching coach. Cooper served as the pitching coach for the 2005 World Series champion club, which became the first team since the 1928 Yankees to toss four consecutive complete games in a single postseason.

If you watch the full interview, you’ll see Scott Galloway and Jessica Tarlov both try and give Abdul the opportunity to win over them and their audiences. Abdul played the role of a condescending asshole well. It’s a shame.
Galloway: As a Jew, I find it entirely unfair and not accurate to describe what’s happening in Israel as a genocide.
El-Sayed: When people use dehumanizing language against a people, when they bomb their hospitals and schools, when they attempt to displace them from where they are…that seems to me to be deliberate targeting. So I would ask you, do you understand why somebody who’s been thinking about this question, looking at it, connecting the dots between the language that is used and the outcomes that were created, would then label it that way?
