A customer came to us with 67,000 tests. One function changed. CI still ran all of them. Over an hour, every push, because the pipeline could not tell what that change could break. They already run Buildkite. We are hooking the graph up so a push only runs the tests that touch the change. Early access is open if you want it on your pipeline, DM and I’ll turn our beta on for you!

Being at Cafe cursor last week made me realise that Hyd too has an amazing quality of builders. I wish I could have spent more time there talking with everyone, @fahad_developer really has a way of bringing in the right quality of folks in each and every event.
