There's some massive company waiting to be built that takes dna+lab testing and then gives you medication and supplement recommendations and also guides your lifetime health protocols A sort of Health Daemon With enough people that dataset would be incredibly valuable

Glycine is not only the smallest amino acid, only 10 atoms. It is the only non-chiral of the standard amino acids. It is the only optically inactive amino acid. It is active entirely on its own. (bioregulator) It is a huge determiner of your health. 10 atoms.

The Rivals of Amziah King is a new film genre. I call it the Hillbilly Heist. It's beautiful and brilliant. I can see why McConaughey and Russell lent their names and acting to it. Without stretching, LookingGlass is ruthless and holds her own in an impossible task among legends. The movie is confused and erratically edited but written bordering on perfectly. The music is not great. My apologies saddling the writer and director Patterson with this, but I think he may be on to great things. You start by wondering why you're watching and then move to being glued to it. The ending struggles to settle in mostly because the pacing of the reveal. The film texture and sometimes lighting are confused, but then you realize that the movie was made for $6M and that is all but forgiven. Congrats to Patterson and everyone involved for defining a genre (at least for me) that I want to see 100 times over.
