I bought an Elgato Facecam 4K on September 25th, 2025. 1 year and 3 days later, it shut off in the middle of a stream 2 days ago, and is completely defective. Luckily I was still under the 2 year warranty! @elgato has already shipped the new one and it will be here tomorrow! W!
