Je zou natuurlijk ook iets minder dogmatisch in je 7e-eeuwse overtuigingen kunnen staan. Je zou hier en daar een stukje moderniteit kunnen omarmen van je gastheer en gastvrouw die zich hebben opengesteld om jullie te ontvangen en te herbergen. De dominante Nederlandse cultuur heeft wat meer mededogen met dieren en wil ze niet op primitieve wijze de keel doorsnijden en ze laten stikken in hun eigen bloed zoals dat bij halal- en kosher-slachten gebeurt.
Iets meer respect voor dieren, ze met iets meer waardigheid laten sterven om voor ons als voedsel te dienen. Is dat echt teveel gevraagd?
Wat is je volgende eis: besnijdenis van meisjes in het basispakket?
Houdt het nooit op met eisen, dreigen, dwingen en duwen?

Een verbod op halal en koosjer vlees is een frontale aanval op de godsdienstvrijheid.
Teleurstellend dat het kabinet begrip toont voor een verbod van de Partij v/d Dieren.
Met zoโn verbod wordt het joodse en islamitische leven onmogelijk gemaakt.
DENK laat dat niet gebeuren!
