ai is really really good right now (and its been for 6 months) if you can't build anything interesting wth it right now you will never

personal assistant apps sound like a good use case for ai until you realize that 99% of people don't need a personal assistant

i don't understand why you would limit employee token spend if they are creating value, why would you limit that? so if you limit them, you essentially say: your output is not valuable enough against the token cost but why would 200-500/m be of any value if 5k is not?

i think jev can bring down our ai spend by 50-60% need more testing but classification for most companies is a massive use case, and llms are still pretty expensive/slow if you need hundreds of millions of assets analyzed can imagine all other labs making similar models but this concept can serieusly start eating into everyone's ai spend

i do think you should focus on one thing/project/business there used to be a big market for small saas things that would take a day to build and another day a month to maintain i would happily pay someone 30-50/month to just deal with that that was an amazing opportunity for indiehackers now i can probably one-shot that same saas this means that if you still want to play the saas game you need to start solving harder problems this is possible; there are many problems left, and every week new problems are created (thanks to ai) startups doing well happily buy saas solutions to solve their issues; there still is a massive and even growing market out there there is no magic recipe; solve hard problems for paying customers

if all you create is just one shotted ai slop there is not much value you are creating everyone is figuring out you are essentially replaceable
