India in general isn’t clean. It’s a cultural issue that we need to work on.
If mass migration were the cause, the rest of Karnataka (or India) would have been clean. It’s not so.
Bangalore locals should not entertain outsiders pretending to care for its civic issues ... It's another way of gaslighting locals and marking out Bangalore for themselves, keeping locals out.
Bangalore problems are all due to mass migration.
