Build the brand your idea needs to leave the garage. We help early founders get the message right before touching naming, visuals, or launch copy. Waitlist open

We are opening the garage doors very soon 🔧 you have until sunday the 19th to join the waitlist and redeem a free pass. Next week we are doing our soft launch 🚀
I'm days away of launching my first working web app, and obviously shitting on my pants, not gonna lie. But I'm not seeing the launch as the end of a process, but the beginning of one. I've setup a roadmap for my future self, where I start to productize all my past professional experience into tools. GarageExit is the first one, it could totally flop, who knows, but all the things i've already learned in the process are priceless to me. I think i've learned more in these past 6 months that in the last 5 years combined, if not more. So, whatever happens, it's a win-win. I have my focus set on a particular type of market, where i think i can make an impact, maybe not with just one solution but with a set of small ones. I've worked for these kind of clients for years, small business owners, from the creative economy, including first time entrepreneurs, small agencies owners, creative freelancers, and some more. I think they overlap in some aspects and I have plenty of ideas for different moments of their paths, because i've also been on the other side and I have lived the pain points myself, by being an entrepreneur in the past, run a small agency, also freelance for some time. So, GarageExit is not my first time rodeo as an entrepreneur, but it is totally my first time launching a digital product by myself, so no pressure. Waitlist is still open until this Sunday, then next week ill do a first soft launch for the waitlist subscribers with free passes. Hope to see you all at the garage 🚀 garageexit.com/

"charge from day one" unless you're facebook or reddit or a social network. "don't compete with incumbents" unless you're stripe or figma or notion. "raise vc or you won't make it" unless you're mailchimp or atlassian or zoho every piece of startup advice has a graveyard of exceptions. nobody knows what will work for your company. you only find out by taking the bet.

If you want to start a startup, don't learn "entrepreneurship." Learn how to build things. The hard part of startups is not "entrepreneurship" but product: to know what to build, and to be able to build it.

No bullshit list of referring traffic from launch sites on one of my products. If a launch site isn't on here it's not because It wasn't submitted, it's because it was either a single click or ZERO. Most launch sites are just dumping grounds with inflated DR. And the only reason RankInPublic is soo high is because we sent tons of traffic to our rounds to vote for us.

Gold nuggets here, worth taking some minutes to learn this stuff 👇🏼
Postiz is on $145k MRR! Right now, we are growing by $1k MRR per day (some days are better) and will probably hit $2m ARR this week. But how can Postiz be growing that fast? What about the competitors? Why do some of them even struggle to pass the $1k MRR? This is my point of view on the subject. But it relates to everyone. Try to listen. It might help you with your startup.

“80% of builders are non-technical” 🤯 A new wave of builders is being born as we speak, and differentiation is not just a nice to have, it’s as important as the product itself
50M projects built. 720M monthly visits to apps made on Lovable. 80% of builders are non-technical. 35% are already generating revenue. The numbers prove a shift: this is the build economy. thebuildeconomy.lovable.app

Great starting point to build your product 🚀🔥
Big update coming to @LaunchChair, every project created now starts from a rock solid Next.js boilerplate that we’ll be neurotically adding to and iterating on. This boilerplate comes with: 🛠️ SEO / GEO / AEO architecture and dynamic sitemaps. 🛠️ SPA / PWA routing and router. 🛠️ Insane caching and service workers. 🛠️ Hardcore security and RLS reqs. 🛠️ Agent context and guardrails. 🛠️ Auth and payment hooks. 🛠️ A ton of defined pages and dashboards. 🛠️ Better design taste and frontend patterns. 🛠️ A bunch of starters for numerous project types including OCR, AI / LLM wrappers, CRM tools, etc… People charge $400-$1000 for these boilerplates and we ship every LaunchChair build with a better one.

Good positioning says five things: Here is what this is. Here is who it is for. Here is the pain it removes. Here is why it is different. Here is why you should care now. That's not decoration. That's product communication.

Your brand is the first interface most people use. Before they click the demo. Before they sign up. Before they try the product. They interact with the way you explain it. If it's confusing, people bounce. If it's honest and sharp, people lean in.

"Everyone can use this" is usually where positioning goes to die. Everyone is not a strategy. The moment you choose who it's for, you also choose who it's not for. That's uncomfortable. It's also when things start making sense.

A narrow first audience gives you sharper language. Sharper language gives you better feedback. Better feedback gives you a stronger product. A stronger product gives you permission to expand. You don't start with the whole map. You start with the first door that opens.

The early customer is not buying the biggest promise. They're buying the clearest fit. "Do you understand my exact situation? Do you know the pain I'm trying to escape?" That's the real question your brand has to answer before anything else.
